The Dove of Peace Card by Dot Leathbridge
Hi everyone,
welcome to the Rubber Dance blog.
Today my card uses a dove from the 'A Little Birdie'
stamp set.
It's in stark contrast to the weather outside at the moment!
We have hail, gail force winds and lots of rain.
Nature is trying to throw everything at us at the moment lol.
So naturally my mind went to something a little calmer.
The circle is made using distress inks on a gel plate, using colours
from our Mood Board this month.

The combination of yellows and browns are one that works so
beautifully together.

Here are a couple of close ups for you.
The flowers and leaves from Loose Florals #1 are used
to create a pretty border around the circle.

The little circles are from Whale Wishes!
As always, the Rubber Dance stamp sets always have
so many extra little elements that can be used in many ways.
They've been coloured with H2O's for a little shimmer.

I cut him in half so that he looks like he is nestled among the flowers.
The flowers have been coloured with water colours.
I hope you've enjoyed seeing this card.
