Hi Everyone, Saadia here with an art journal spread for you. I hope you like it. Art journal spread  I applied a layer of white gesso to the pages and let it dry. Next, I applied acrylic paints with my fingers and through stencils. Did a little bit of background stamping with Archival inks and  Mix a sentiment stamp . I stamped the  Textured Flowers  on a white cardstock and then, fussy cut and glued them onto the journal pages. Finished the spread by adding words from  Journal Words  stamp and a border from  Doodle Borders 2 . That's all for now. A reminder that we have a challenge that goes all month on our face book page which you can find Here . December's mood board is so beautiful. I hope you will take part in the challenge. Three cards with Crazy Flowers and Things with Wings by Mariken

Hi everyone!  Today I have three cards for you. First I made a print with my gelliplate. I used acrylic paint. Some dots on the plate and then I used a brush to make some stripes. Just take a look on the photo's below. You can make a gost-print if you like. Mostly they are so beautiful. With my brayer I made a thin layer of acrylicpaint. Here is the result. One normal print and two gost-prints. Love them… After that I cut out the gelliprints into cards, and glued them on basic white cards. |With Dylusions I sprayed some colours on mixed media paper. You can finish the cards the way you like it. I made some edges with a stencil. And I stamped some flowers and ladybugs on the coloured paper. Some washitape looks very nice! Below you can see my finished cards and the stamps I used.   Please don´t forget that we have a challenge each month!  You can f

Winter Wishes ► Majo

Good Morning, my friends! finally it's time to show all the Christmas Cards I made with the beautiful new set Textured Christmas Green . This set is so versatile, I made quite a few cards, I show them on my blog. I started by applying distress inks to a large watercolour paper panel and cut it down to the size I needed for my cards. I stamped the poinsettias and the leaves with distress embossing ink from Ranger and heat embossed the images with silver embossing powder. I used a Sizzix die for the sentiment.  All cards are quite the same, since I make a lot of them, but by changing the colour of ink and the embossing powder, you get a new impression every time. Did I mention, that I ♥ this set? Some close ups ...  The set I used:   Textured Christmas Green Here you can get the stamps: I hope you all have wonderful holidays among family and friends. Thanks so much for joining our blog throughout the year for inspirat
