Art journal page by Lisa

Image
Hi friends! Lisa today and I'm Happy to share with you my new art journal inspiration with Rubber Dance stamps! To start I used my favourite watercolors combo on the page, adding a little of white gesso to create some white spaces. I let it dry with the heat gun so I made a little stamping with Grungy Stuff and Old Book page stamp sets. I stamped a flower from Textured Flowers Clear stamps set and I added a sticker for the sentiment. Finally I made splatters with teal liquid pain for a little contrast. I hope you enjoyed my art journal inspiration for you! Hugs, Lisa

Inky Flowers Card

Image
Hi, I'm Vero (@Vero.kt) and welcome to today's inspiration. How's everybody ?I've been playing with some of the   Rubber Dance  designs to create a simple card.  I have used  Mix a Sentiment  3  ,   Inky Flowers ,  Grungy Stuff   and   Mixed media marks  1.   I  hope you like. We start, I stamp the  Mix a Sentiment  3  stamp with embossed ink, to be able to carry out this technique (hot embossing). On book sheets, I apply different acrylic paints with my fingers, and on that background, I stamp different stamps with permanent ink. Now we paste the embossed panel with the acrylic paint background, and for this I use the sewing machine. One of the parts that I enjoy the most is the composition,  I have to admit that it is  usually the part that takes me the most.  I leave you some photos with details of the project.I hope you like it as much as I do when making them. Here are the Rubber Dande Stamps I used: Mixed media marks

Summer Memory Mini Album by Farida

Image
Hello lovlies, wonderful to see you here again. Atthe place where I live, suddenly summer was over and the waether began to really autumn like - rainy and greyish. I made a couple of photos this summer, so I wanted to keep this memory in a little mini album.  The cover I decorarted using the textured sea creatures stamp set, that has been new in my stash :) So lovely stamp set.  I started by stamping the images with an alcohol friendly ink pad on to some marker paper. An dcoloured them in using my favourite colouring medium - the alcohl markers.  Love all this diffrent sea creatures that also comes in diffrent sizes in this set. And with colouring in a couple of them my sheet started to get so colourful, though I only used some muted colours.  On the back of my mini album I just added this two cuties.... ... and on the front some more :) Thank you for stopping by, have a wonderful day! ATC cards inspiration by Kate

Image
Hi,  this is my last post for Rubber Dance, after many months of great fun with awesome stamps I had to leave because of other crafty responsibilities. As last post I created mixed media ATC cards. I used tons of different stamps. I love combination of dark background with simple black embossed images.  I hope you will be inspired. Kate

Autumn Silhouette by Angie Coomber

Hi arty friends, Angie here with a paper silhouette for you. I've always been fascinated with these since I was a child and decided to create one with our lovely Carved Collection and Pencil Marks stamps - these are brilliant for paper cutting because of the simple designs. First I stamped the images on white mixed media paper. I cut out the smallest pieces with a craft knife before cutting the individual flowers and leaves with scissors - that way there is less risk of tearing the paper. For the background I chose an A5 piece of black card, which I splattered with a little bit of watered down white paint. Next I glued my cut out flowers and leaves onto the black card and used a silver gel pen to draw a single line around the edge just to frame the whole thing. Simple but effective I think? Until next time, hugs from Angie x Stamps used: Carved Collection #5 Carved Collection #1 Pencil Marks #3

Grungy Junk Journal

Hi, I'm Vero (@Vero.kt) and welcome to today's inspiration. How's everybody? . I've been playing with some of the   Rubber Dance  designs to create a page in my Junk Journal.  I have used   Inky Friends , Pencil marks 3 and   Mixed media marks  1.   I  hope you like . On watercolor paper, I play with different spray inks to create a colorful layer and use a blow dryer to speed up the process. I choose a stencil and apply micro distress glaze (this medium is waterproof, so the surfaces you apply it to won't be affected by water. You can use it as a resist when applying watercolors or any water-based paint or ink) .) For that resistance effect, I choose some pigment and mica inks and apply them on my paper. I use a dryer to speed up the process and to add interest and depth to the page, I stamp different stamps with permanent ink . Later I stitch with the sewing machine to integrate the elements in the composition. One of the parts that I enjoy the most is the comp
