CASual Friday - A Clean and Simple Card with a Cat by Gail

Image
Hello.  Gail here with today's CASual Friday post.  I have made a clean and simple card with the wonderful, most favourite, Curious Cat .  This cat comes with a tail, but I rarely use that, usually preferring to center him on my project. I stamped, embossed and masked the cat and then stamped and embossed the linked circles stamp from Round In Circles .  I added some colour to the circles and the cat with Promarkers and a white gel pen.  He looks a bit fierce, but he's just a very sweet pussy cat really.   There are still a few hours left to join the challenge Thanks for dropping by.  Hugz Supplies used: Rubber Dance Stamps Round In Circles Curious Cat Others supplies Grey pearlised card base Promarkers White Gel Pen Black and Clear embossing powder

Remember to wash your stamps as quickly as possible after stamping on paste or gesso! Next step was to add colors. I used Lindy's Magicals- with powders I had more control of where the colors go and how strong they are. To achieve that, I sprayed water over the tags, then added powder and then, where needed, I spread i
