Notebook gelliprinted Sketchy Flowers by Ellie Knol


A booklet with some printer paper cut to size (6 double pages) as the signatures, sewn right to the cover. 



The base is a gelliprint pulled from my 5x8 inch gelliplate.
I use this smaller one to cleanup my brayer, an the bigger 8x10 inch for the actual printing. 
I even printed onto stickers, but that is a project still in progress. 
 


Stamp the Sketchy Flowers onto the cover with Potting Soil Archival Ink and ... 



... color the images with touches of color, to match the color in the background, with watercolor pencils.

Hi everyone, Verónica is here. Today I come with a colorful and fun series of Atc´s that I have made with the beautiful  Textured Birds set .  Let's go step by step, so you can cheer up and make your own.I hope you enjoy it and you like it, it is done with great affection. We cut watercolor paper that measures 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches, if you prefer in centimeters 8,9cm by 6,4 cm approximately. Now we create the backgrounds by coloring with watercolors, pigments, or inks. I have used pigments dissolved in water, to give it a watercolor effect. When they are ready and dry we apply textured paste with some stencils that we like. In my case Distress Textured Paste (crackle). We can use the embossing gun to speed up the process or let it dry. We continue, we are going to stamp these adorable and cute little birds with a waterproof ink. Comes one of the most relaxing and fun parts, the coloring. You can use what you have or what you are used to

Mixed Media Art Journal Page by Lisa Rabellino

 Hi friends!  Lisa today and I'd love to share with you my new project for Rubber Dance design team with its fabulous stamps!  To start my page I glued a big piece of collage paper with gel medium. So I cutted a circle of patterned paper and I glued it in the middle of the page.  I brushed a coat of clear gesso and I took my Distress Crayons. I enjoyed using them with moistened fingers, playing with the same colors as the paper to blend it into the background. With a black watercolor pencil I marked the outline of the paper circle and I made scribbles to give a little contrast. Then I used Mixed Media Marks stamp set with archival ink to give more interest in the page.  On a piece of watercolor paper I stamped flowers from Inky Flowers stamps set and I coloured with Distress Crayons and water.  I glued the flowers as my focal point, I added a quote and finally I made splatters with white liquid paint. Greeting Card with Distress Oxide Background - Video by Susanne

Hi there! It's Susanne today. I have these awesome  Distress Oxides laying here for about 9 months now and have used them just a little. Now I decided to pick them out and give it a go! Today I am sharing a cardmaking tutorial. Beneath the Distress Oxides I used the Butterfly Trio stamp set and half of a Birthday sentiment from Rubber Dance.
