Three tags with Pencil Marks #4 by Mariken



                                                                          Hi everyone!

Mariken here, with a tutorial for you, making these three tags.

For these tags I used:  

Pencil Marks #4 clear, Round In Circles and Greetings.

I used my gelli-plate, Versafine Clair ink and a stencil.

                                                            At first I made a green layer.

                                After that I used the stencil and two colors, pink and turquoise.

                                         Below you can see the print with the little flowers.

                                              Of course you can use any stencil.

                            After that I used my white embossing powder to make the circles..

I made three tags from my print.
 

                 I stamped the flowers with black ink and colored them with acrylic inks 

                                                                    and cut them out.      


                                                              Finish your tags wit a ribbon.

                    Here you are, three colorful tags. Use them on a present or hang your tag on a plant...

Easel Card With Textured Flowers

Hello.  Welcome.  Gail from the design team here today with a project using the new Textured Flowers stamps.  I loved these the moment I saw them.  Big beautiful blooms.  And many small er stamps for adding leaves and texture.   I decided to make a Twisted Easel Card.  There are many tutorials available but I used this one by Lois.  So here's my card using Textured Flowers and of course, a giraffe .......... I was inspired by the Rubber Dance challenge colours which for June are: I stamped the large simple daisy, masked and stamped two more.  I added the giraffe from African Animals .  I think I'll call her Daisy. I thought it looked a bit empty so I stamped more daisies...... and coloured with distress and d y e inks.  I stamped and embossed three of the doodled flowers and the giraffe, fussy cut and added them to my panel.  I used brads and a Cheery Lynn die cut for the flower centers.  I also doodled a little faux stitching

Blog Hoppin' Superpowers

Rubber Dance has gained a following of stampers that love our Sarcasm Superpowers sentiment stamps. These aren't exactly our best seller stamps (not very surprisingly), but if you love them, you'll LOVE them! And this particular group of followers certainly do - not very surprisingly at all with a group name like theirs .... namely the  Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers! (I know, right? Too darn cute!) These fine ladies have bullied me and some of my designers into a blog hop featuring our Sarcasm Superpower stamps. It didn't take much persuation, nor any bribes to speak of. Just mention  "challenge", and we'll be all over you like underfed fruitflies on a brown banana. And that's what the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers is all about - a challenge blog with new challenges every other week. Fasten your seat belts and enjoy the bumpy ride!
