Art Journal Page with Textured Mushrooms by Evelyn

Hello lovely Rubber Dancer!

Today I want to share my page #9 in my little Happy Journal.
I used the amazing Textured Mushrooms - I am really in love with them!

Here is what I did:

I opened the next page in my little journal - and the papers are just perfect for what I wanted to make. The paper from the right are something with oak leaves, but I didn´t want the blue from the left.
So I took an old book and adhered scraps of the pages with matte medium. I tried to leave the paper from the right visible.

To add color to the pages I used finnabair Liquid Acrylics in Plum, Tiger Orange, Carmine and Burnt Sienna.

I like the transparent look!

I had some leftover mushrooms from a former project and arranged them on my page. The tiny little mushroom on the left is from the Funny Fungi stamp set! Then I cut out the right words from a stamped and embossed Mix a Sentiment paper. I glued everthing down with matte medium.
At last I stamped some leaves with the Doodle Boarders stamps from both sets with Jet Black Archival Ink.

Here are some close ups:

That´s it for today, I hope you like my pages as much as I do!
Have a wonderful October!

Thank you for your visit!
