February Colour Challenge Reminder

Hi everyone!

Susanne here and I just want to give you a quick and inspiring reminder on our current Colour Challenge. You have until midnight on the 14th to enter your creations (up to three).

Of course I'd like to share a little bit of inspiration with you too!


I've made a mixed media tag with a Brusho background. I used WOW! Avocado Powder with the Grunge Swirls background on top and added a layer of gesso. After a minute I wiped away the gesso from the embossing. This creates a super shabby and vintage look. I added white splatters and some texture with the Music Notes. 
The heart is cut from chipboard. I added double sided tape to it before cutting and glittered it afterwards with WOW! Fab Foil and WOW! Sparkles. 
The sentiment is stamped with Archival Watering Can. It's from the Beautiful Words stamp set.

CASology Challenge #213: Stitch - Card by Bibi

The cue word at the CASology challenge this week is STITCH, so without further ado - here's my card: Stamps used (all from Rubber Dance): Giraffe , Mannequin from Sew Sweet ,  X stitches from Stitch & Frame . Stamped with Archival Ink (coffee), coloured in with Distress inks (tea dye and mermaid lagoon). Blog Hoppin' Superpowers

Rubber Dance has gained a following of stampers that love our Sarcasm Superpowers sentiment stamps. These aren't exactly our best seller stamps (not very surprisingly), but if you love them, you'll LOVE them! And this particular group of followers certainly do - not very surprisingly at all with a group name like theirs .... namely the  Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers! (I know, right? Too darn cute!) These fine ladies have bullied me and some of my designers into a blog hop featuring our Sarcasm Superpower stamps. It didn't take much persuation, nor any bribes to speak of. Just mention  "challenge", and we'll be all over you like underfed fruitflies on a brown banana.
