Soar - Circle Journal Page by Shilpa

Hello Everyone, Shilpa here,

It's a great pleasure to be back on Rubber Dance Design team after couple of years. 
Today, I am sharing with you a Circle Journal page.


For this page I have used beautiful Stamps from  Textured Birds , Crazy Flowers and Mix A Sentiment 2


I am working in my new Circle Journal this year which I have made with old CDs, yes I believe in recycling. On this CD I adhered watercolor paper. 
I applied pink watercolor and when it dried I stenciled alphabets using archival ink. 
I stamped leaves image using the Crazy Flowers stamp set and Black Archival Ink.
I colored them with watercolors. 
I also stamped texture at the bottom to create ground for the bird.


On another watercolor paper I stamped this Textured Birds with black archival ink. I used green and blue watercolors to color him. I fuzzy cut the image and adhered it on surface.

I enjoyed creating circle journal page with this super cute bird stamp from Rubber Dance. We would love to see what you create.

Back from The Netherlands

Hello everyone! It's Bibi here today, typing to you from my new keyboard .... Isn't that speck-tacular?  But what does my "new" keyboard have to do with my trip to The Netherlands? Keep reading and you'll soon find out ... As our regular blog readers will know, I spent a week in The Netherlands earlier this month. The main reason I went there was so I could go to the ARTSpecially stamp show in Nijkerk to meet my Dutch retailer - Marian, who owns Hobbycompleet de Duif . But before that, my sweetheart and I spent some days in Amsterdam, one of my fave places in the world! The huge "I amsterdam" letters on the plaza behind Rijksmuseum (National Gallery). Any toursist with respect for herself will take 100's of photos of those letters....
