Rubber Dance Art Stamps - Blog

  For today's post I created four Mixed Media Background Collage Cards! I created a masterboard with collaging different elements to a piece of paper that measured 30 by 30 centimeters approximately. The  HOW TO : Adhere elements like fussycut stamped images (flowers and leaves), but also book paper and some colored imagery (mostly green leaves).   Stamp with Mixed Media or flower stamps in the background. Apply gesso over the elements partially with a palette knife using gesso.  Spray with green and orange spray inks to merge all the of elements to a cohesive background.  Tear four pieces from this masterboard to fit the four card bases.   Adhere fussycut stamped images, stamp postage stamps and fussycut stamped torn pieces of postage tickets to finish each card off.   See you next time!  Rubber Dance Stamps: The Rubber Dance Webshop Mixed Media Marks #3  Grungy Butterflies Textured Birds Flowers Gone Wild Textured M...

 Hi friends! I'm Lisa (@lisa.rabellino) again with you with a new art journal inspiration for Rubber Dance design team.  I have created the background using yellow and teal  acrylic paints applied with palette knife and combined with white paint to create a little contrast. I chose Pencil Marks #3 clear stamps and I used some designs on the page with archival inks. I used a little birdie from Textured Birds clear stamps set and a sticker for the sentiment. As final touch I made some splatters with fuchsia liquid paint. Hello lovelies, so nice to be here on the blog again. I'm Priss ( @ARTful.Layers ) and I wasn't here last month because of the virus, but I'm back with this page from my Watercolor Journal. It's not the first time I've made this type of pages around here, but I really like playing with my watercolors making shapes and allowing them to mix with each other. It's so relaxing. This time I have selected the colors from the June mood board (Oh my goodness!!! I love this combination). After I made the shapes and let them dry, I made also some marks with Posca Pens (black and white) just for fun. This is so much fun to make your own marks, you have to try it. But I also made other marks with my favorite stamps from the  Carved Collection 1  set with the similar colors I chose and also black.
