Theme Challenge Reminder

Hello! It's Susanne writing today and I have a little reminder for to to enter our February Theme Challenge! Our theme this month is:



Lots of Layers does not only mean many papers on your project. It also could be many layers of colour or embellishments. Just what you like the most.  I created a mixed media tag with different layers of colours and papers.


I picked the Mona Lisa stamp as my focal point. I stamped her on tissue paper and adhered it with Gel Medium on top of my tag. Of course the title "ART" is perfect for her. I embossed it with WOW! Opaque Bright White powder.

One of my favourite background stamps is the Vintage Postcard stamp. It adds a wonderful texture to nearly every piece.

CASology Challenge #213: Stitch - Card by Bibi

The cue word at the CASology challenge this week is STITCH, so without further ado - here's my card: Stamps used (all from Rubber Dance): Giraffe , Mannequin from Sew Sweet ,  X stitches from Stitch & Frame . Stamped with Archival Ink (coffee), coloured in with Distress inks (tea dye and mermaid lagoon). Blog Hoppin' Superpowers

Rubber Dance has gained a following of stampers that love our Sarcasm Superpowers sentiment stamps. These aren't exactly our best seller stamps (not very surprisingly), but if you love them, you'll LOVE them! And this particular group of followers certainly do - not very surprisingly at all with a group name like theirs .... namely the  Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers! (I know, right? Too darn cute!) These fine ladies have bullied me and some of my designers into a blog hop featuring our Sarcasm Superpower stamps. It didn't take much persuation, nor any bribes to speak of. Just mention  "challenge", and we'll be all over you like underfed fruitflies on a brown banana.
