ATC Trio positive Vibes by Dunja


Hello and welcome to the tuesday posting. I take such pleasure and fun in designing ATCs, today there are three at once and i hope you'll like them.

First I cut out four pieces (2,5x3,5inch), primed the watercolor paper with gesso. Then I dyed it with watercolors, one orange and the other one in turquoise. Okay, in the end it's only three instead of four, but one didn't make it, haha


It is important to let the single processing steps dry well. After the water colors were well dried I stamped the background with the stamp.


With another stamp I have set some more accents in orange and turquoise. I only use StazOn, because it dries best and fastest. 


With the crayons I added some shades. 


I stamped the mushrooms with texture on watercolor paper with WOW! and white embossing. Then I cololered them with watercolours and cut them out. 


Now the mushrooms are still placed on the ATC and glued to it. A few sentiments, which I embossed white on black cardstock, also glued on the ATC.

Blog Hoppin' Superpowers

Rubber Dance has gained a following of stampers that love our Sarcasm Superpowers sentiment stamps. These aren't exactly our best seller stamps (not very surprisingly), but if you love them, you'll LOVE them! And this particular group of followers certainly do - not very surprisingly at all with a group name like theirs .... namely the  Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers! (I know, right? Too darn cute!) Altered Chipboard Butterfly + Giveaway

Bibi here today with a fun project, using the Totem Monarch Poppet chipboard from EyeConnect Crafts . I had such a blast with this and I hope what I've made will inspire you to make something similar. The difference between the chipboards from EyeConnect Crafts and others ones I've seen out there, is that they are made to connect (hence the name). There are two categories, one called Lace-Ups which you bind together using ribbons, string, lace, etcetera and another category of chipboards with smaller holes so you can connect the pieces using tiny eyelets or brads. This is what it looks like. The pieces are laser cut, and you easily remove them from the base - save that part and use it as a stencil for another project. Tutorial Tuesday - A Mini Album by Sue

Good morning and happy Tuesday, it's Sue here with my tutorial for my very easy to make mini album. Here's the front and here's the back.   I started by cutting the pages for my album. I've used the Eileen Hull passport die as I think this is a fab size. Plenty of room for your images but not so big as to be intimidating. I've used chipboard for my covers, and a mixture of black, white, and watercolour card for the pages.   I've used canvas for the binding as this is really tough and flexible. I've inked it up with Distress Inks just using the primary colours, that way where they meet they will make new colours and not mud. I know you probably know this but it took me years of mud before I really got it!   Just look at the size of this Music  stamp, it's a real whopper!
