Funny and Happy Birthday!

Hi Everyone

Today I am bringing you a tutorial using the latest stamps from Rubber Dance - Happy Birthday and Funny Birthday!  I love them both and they worked really well together for my card.

These were such fun to make - a great way to use up your patterned papers too!  Pick a patterned paper to suit your recipient match it with two plain colours of card - one dark and one light and off you go.  The tutorial below will show you how:

Cutting Guide:

Dark Base Card - 8" x 8" scored at 4" or 20 cm x 20 x cm scored at 10 cm
Patterned Paper (Cut 2) - 3 3/4" x 7 3/4" or 9 cm x 19 cm
Light Inner card - 3 1/2" x 7 3/4" or 8 cm x18 cm
Light Tags for stamping (Cut 4) - 3 14" x 1 1/4" or 8cm x 3cm
Dark Tag frames (Cut 4) - 8.5cm x 3.5cm
Patterned Tabs (Cut 2) - 2 3/4" x 1" or 6.5cm x 2.5cm
Dark Card Tabs (Cut 2) -2 7/8" x 1 1/8" or 7cm x 1 1/8" or 7cm x 3cm

As usual I have made the inside match the outside which was the perfect excuse to use the Happy Birthday set for a more traditional greeting but in fabulously on trend fonts!  I love both these sets and I know you will too!
