An art journal spread with Textured Flowers by Saadia Nawaz

Hi Everyone,
Saadia here with an art journal spread for you. I hope you like it.

I applied a layer of white gesso to the pages and let it dry.

Next, I applied acrylic paints with my fingers and through stencils. Did a little bit of background stamping with Archival inks and Mix a sentiment stamp.

I stamped the Textured Flowers on a white cardstock and then, fussy cut and glued them onto the journal pages.



Finished the spread by adding words from Journal Words stamp and a border from Doodle Borders 2.

IMPORTANT message from Bibi

Dearly Beloved Customers! In April, I ask that you consider placing your orders with one of my retailers . The reason for this is that I will be on holiday between April 6. and 12., before having a rather big surgery on April 14th. I will be in the hospital for a while. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. It's the downside of running a one-woman-show kind of company...., but you will find most of my stamps at the shops that carry them . Hopefully, I will be back and ready to press stamps again in the beginning of May.  Till then, be good and keep on stamping! 1st Year Anniversary Giveaway and Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to this fun blog hop with many Rubber Dance stamps to win! Tjooohoo!  It's Bibi here (owner of Rubber Dance), and today it's been exactly one year since I blogged about something I  had made  using Rubber Dance stamps!  I cannot believe it's been a whole year already, but on the other hand - there has been a lot happening since then. Things really started moving after I had hired my very first Design Team in August last year, and with their help this blog rapidly changed from being a rather quiet place to quite a busy bee hive!
