Simplicity Sunday: Card with Distress oxides by Melina

Hello!

It´s Melina here today with the first make for our Simplicity Sunday posts.
These posts will be all about easy makes with a very few stamps used.

I want to apologize for being late with this post!
I have three sick kids here at home, and it has been a little busy this weekend ;)

For this card I used Mama Owl stamp set.
I just smudged Distress Oxides Worn lipstick and Fossilized amber on my craft sheet, sprayed with water and picked up on my card. I stamped the flower and branch from the set directly on my card. The owl I stamped on a piece of gelli printed paper and cut out.
I adhered the owl to the card, stamped a sentiment from Beautiful Words stamp set and matted it on black cardstock. Quick and easy!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
xx Melina

The sweetest of Mama Owls, always brings a smile to my face. Your stamp creation is what has made it easy for us all by giving us this fabulous design. A beauty to behold.
I hope the children are feeling much better now, I remember it well when one after the other falls ill and everything grinds to a halt.
Hugs and best wishes Tracey x

Thank you so much Dot 💕
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Well, at least one of them is well again. The other 3 still at home. It gets a bit busy with all of them ill at the same time 😂
Thank you! Made in a hurry ;) but it was supposed to be simple, right 😂
