  Hey everyone welcome back to another project using the fabulous Inky Friends , Mixed Media Marks & Mix a Sentiment #1 stamp sets  First I used some texture paste, a stencil and some oxide sprays and created a background of texture and grunge, lovely grunge  Then, just for the love of grunge, I added some smudges of vintage photos and stamped using the butterfly stamp in the same colour as the background so it slightly blended in  Then stamped the butterfly in grey and fussy cut it out  Using some other elements out of my fodder stash I put the project together  Thank you for popping over and have a fabulous week  Toni XoXo

Would you like to make a new page with me?  It's very easy and fun...I leave you the video and the step by step. Let's enjoy together!      ___________________________________________________________ STEP BY STEP  1. I made four little cards and stamped four words and borders on them . I coloured it blue and stamped with the same colour. 2. On the page I created a background with scraps of dies pasted on it. I applied a medium (I chose "Fibre Paste") with a stencil. Next I applied blue colour. 3. Stamp tissue paper with permanent black ink and blue Distress Oxide and texture stamps. I used this to include on the page forming a diagonal. 4. Finally I put the decoration on the page with the different dies and the little cards. To integrate all the work I used a stamp that I stamped forming a diagonal ________________________...

  Hello sweeties!!! Priss here with an eclectic Art Journal Page with all my favourite grungy stamps. I'm starting a new Journal. The pages in this book are 6 x 6 1/2 inches of cream mixed media paper. As I was already inspired by the August Mood Board, I kept playing with the same pigments, sprinkling them here and there, while splashing some water. That is why those beautiful watery spots are created and the more intense dots of different colours and tones.   Then I just got to play with all my favourite stamps to make marks on the background. I have used a few from the " Mixed Media Marks " set, and others from the " Grungy Stuff " set, with different inks, and with embossing powders too. Also, I drew some circles with a white gel pen to make more whimsical marks that match the composition's elements. Finally, I made my composition with these die-cut hexagons with textured white cardboard and a wonderful butterfly of the set " Inky Butterflies ...

 Hello everyone, The Dreamcatcher stamp set caught my eye this week so on this card I've used a few elements from this set. The background was the result of a little bit of experimenting with my gel plate and I thought it would be perfect backdrop for what I had in mind.  I have a few close up pictures for you so that you can see what I have done. The dreamcatcher itself is such a stunning stamp! It has been stamped onto white cardstock with black ink and cut out with a knife. Now this is what I call fussy cutting lol. Mind you, a few cups of coffee probably helped too. I like to use 240gsm card as it is easy to cut out. Here is a closer look at the dreamcatcher. I've added some blue ink in the area behind it so that it  stood out that little bit more on the card. The word love is also from the Dreamcatcher stamp set. Hey dear Rubber Dance friends, today there is no card, no ATCs, but of course again a gel print I used.  I worked on linen the other day. So I made some nice prints and a section of them became the cover of this notebook. I sewed it onto the paper. StazOn is great for working on gel prints without smudging. That would be a shame, wouldn't it? I used some background stamps and the beetle. I stamped it black on white, cut it out and embossed it once in gold on a piece of gel print.  I hope you liked this idea.  Enjoy your day and stay creative.                                                                         Hi everyone,    Mariken here, with a mini tutorial for you,  making these two pages in a tagbook.    I used Textured Sea Creatures Journal Words The backgrounds of the tagbook were already made.  I used my gelliplate and acrylic paints. I also used a little stamp on the background from the Textured Sea Cratures set.  I stamped the seahorses and shells using white embossingpowder.  Then I colored them, I cut ot the seahorses and shells  and glued them on the pages. Finally I used a sentiment from Journal Words.. Hello, Samantha with you today and I enjoyed my last project so much I thought I would make a different version using the same stamp sets; Celestial, Happy Place and Mixed Media Marks.
