Simplicity Sunday - Dot

I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday.  I've made a quick and easy card for you today that uses plain stamping with a little colour. I think that sometimes we (me lol) forget that the stamps are the hero and it's nice to use them in a way that they stand out.


I think this would make a great birthday card for someone.

Always Sparkle - Envelope Book Tutorial by Sue

Good afternoon and happy Saturday, welcome to the weekend! It's Sue here with my envelope book. Making your own books and journals is very popular at the moment, and I wanted to have a go. I also wanted to use supplies that I had already as it's just after Christmas and I'm already in 2022's craft budget. So I have quite a few of these -  Colour Craft lustre paints. Loads of these - rather posh DL pearlised envelopes. I bought a box full in a closing down sale, so have a box full less 3! And these, my favourite bright StazOn inks. So to work (well play really, I'm making it all up as I go along) I started by painting my envelopes with the paints, then added some stencilling in a contrasting colour. I want to fly!

I used one of the Aztec images from the set * Aztec Art Dolls *. Greeting Card with Distress Oxide Background - Video by Susanne

Hi there! It's Susanne today. I have these awesome  Distress Oxides laying here for about 9 months now and have used them just a little. Now I decided to pick them out and give it a go! Today I am sharing a cardmaking tutorial. Beneath the Distress Oxides I used the Butterfly Trio stamp set and half of a Birthday sentiment from Rubber Dance.
