Summery art journal page and a salty summer sale

Hi, Anita from the Design Team here today to show you a project I have made with the
stamps from the salty summer sale:

In my big Dylusional art journal I've made a summer scene using gesso, distress crayons, stencils, net and stamps from these sets:

Retro Beach
Take the Plunge
Yes, you read it right it is a big summer sale in Rubber Dance online shop. Take a look, I'm sure that you will find something you like.

* * *  Salty Summer Sale * * *
July 20th - 30th

The prices are reduced in our web shop, no need for a coupon code.

Shop to you drop, the sale is just for one week!

Here are some details and a little step by step how I did this page:

I started with white gesso all over my page. Dried it and used yellow, green and blue Distress Crayons and smeared the colour all over the page with my fingers

Then I took a couple of stencils and blue and green Distress Crayons

I stamped some images from the Retro Beach set a little here and a little there using black archival ink

After finishing stamping directly on my page I started stamping some image on a manila tag and cut them out. I also spray painted some net and glued it down on my page (as a fish net). When all finishing stamping I cut them out and glued them down on my page. I used my black Stabilio All pen and scrawled a little here and there and also some shadow around the images.

Summer for me is beach, sea, sun, lazy days, bath and fishing, and that is what I try to tell you by my art journal page 😊

Have a beautiful, sunny, hot and creative summer everyone!

All the stamps I have used today are on SALE until the 30th of June :-)

Thank you for visiting.

Hugs, Anita
