Atc´s Mixed Marks

Image
Hi, I'm Vero (@ Vero.kt) and I welcome you to today's inspiration. How's everybody ? I've been playing with   Mixed media marks 1 ,  Pencil marks 5 ,  and  Mixed media marks 2    to  create a  colorful Atc´s that I hope you like . Very easy to do, we started. We cut watercolor paper to a size of 2.5 x 3.5 inches, if you prefer to work in cm, 6.4x8.9. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed, and I color the backgrounds with pigments. W hen the backgrounds dry (we can speed up the process with a heat gun) we will add texture and depth with different inks, in my case I have used distress oxide. To start, I choose a stamp from the  Mixed media marks  , apply the inks, spray water, and stamp, (I'm not looking for definition, I'm looking for a watercolor effect, watery).Help myself with the dryer and go back to stamp with different inks, to continue adding depth and texture. When the layers are dry, I use a stencil and ...

Card with "PASSION"

Hi friends!! Josi Tomàs (@elbauldegiulietta) greets you again.  Do you also think that Rubber Dance stamps are very beautiful?? I love each one of them and I think they are really combinable and I'll show you in this new tutorial...   I have stamped with permanent black ink and cascading downwards four times the stamp of the entrance ticket of Police and then using Carved Collection #1 (clear-002) and clear powders with Distress Oxide, I embossed.  With white texture paste and stencil I have completed the background. The decoration is very easy to do. I combined vellum with gold powders, a flower painted with watercolours and a die-cut on gold cardboard. I finished it off with a piece of the Police ticket, a sentiment and a ribbon.   I hope you like it! See you soon. Hugs!!  I have use these stamps... Easy art journal page

Image
Hi friends!  Lisa here today and I made a new art journal inspiration playing with fabulous Rubber Dance stamps! To start my page I chose Mandalas stamps and I used them with white embossing powder.  Then I used some Distress Oxide pads as watercolors for the background. I let it dry so I used Mix A Sentiment 3 with black archival ink. I added a little birdie from Sketchy Birds clear stamps with a quote for the focal point of the page. Finally I added some splatters with teal liquid paint to add colour. I used these products from the shop: https://www.rubberdance.de/big-sheets/mandalas/#cc-m-product-14481624633 https://www.rubberdance.de/small-sheets/mix-a-sentiment-3/#cc-m-product-14519570233 https://www.rubberdance.de/clear-stamps/sketchy-birds-clear-0006/#cc-m-product-14534922233 I hope you enjoyed my art journal inspiration for you! Colorful Flowery Cards by Ellie Knol

Image
Two cards from a single sheet of a monoprint from me today!  I LOVE how this A4 sheet turned out, with all the stamping into the wet paint. Guess what I've made with the leftover piece?  I rolled it to be paper beads; two centimeters wide ones starting it off with a strip of 30 by 2 centimeter of white paper. I like making them like this as now it has a white core, and I don't need a big leftover piece of colorful paper to make it sturdy. They have not been glazed yet and I am sure they will look marvelous then. I might add some script stamped to it still... make them match the background of the cards more.   As the backgrounds are quite colorful, I just added a fussy cut stamped image, and some words from a sentiment set.  I colored the flowers with a watercolor pencil, added more of the green and yellow into the background to match the flowers. Have a nice weekend!    Rubber Dance Stamps: The Rubber Dance Webshop Flowers Gone Wild Pencil Marks #1 Mix...

Bee Perfect by Samantha Read

Hello, Samantha with you today and I'm sharing a postcard I made, I love making, sending and swapping postcards. Being approximately 4inches by 6 inches in size they're perfect for clean and simple designs or more layered and detailed. I created the background using distress inks, spritzed with water and just wiping the card in the diluted inks, I then added some interest using the Vintage Postcard stamp and a stamp from Pencil Marks 3 for the leaves. The flowers, bee and text, from Inky Friends and Flowers Gone Wild, were all stamped on white card, coloured using watercolours and Prismacolour pencils, cut out and adhered in place. To finish I added some inky splats and some iridescent liquid to the wings. Here are the stamps I used; Inky Friends Flowers Gone Wild Pencil Marks 3 Vintage Postcard I do hope you like my postcard, for lots more inspiration you can find us on Facebook - Rubber Dance Stamping Lounge right here .  Wishing you a lovely day, Sam :)

Tags with Textured Flowers from leftovers by Mariken

Hi everyone! Mariken here, with a tutorial for you, making these tags. From left-overs I made three tags. For these cards I used: Textured Flowers , Round In Circles and Mixed Media Marks . I had some left-overs from a gelliprint and I wanted to use them...       I used white embossing powder to make the circles and made some marks with black ink.  I stamped the flowers on white paper, cut them out  and glued them on the tags.  Finish your tags wit a ribbon.                                                                 The stamps I have used:                          ...
