Rubber Dance Art Stamps - Blog

  Hi crafty friends!  Mary here, with two beautiful Artist Trading Coins featuring Antique Botanicals, Vintage Hotel Receipt and Mix A Sentiment1 stamps from  Rubber Dance .   Artist Trading Coins, or ATCoins, are 2.5 inch circles that you would decorate just like ATCs.  My backgrounds are embossed Vintage Hotel Receipt and Distress Oxide Inks.  Then, I fussy cut the flowers after I colored them with Big Brush markers.  Such a fun project! How are you all keeping ?.   I enjoy and have a lot of fun creating ATC, today in round format (coins) and very colorful, I hope you like them, Maybe you already have the new Rubber Dance stamps and as in my case, you couldn't resist releasing them. Such gorgeous  brand new stamp sets . Have you seen them all?  I chose the   Inky Flowers  , lovely truth?  I've also been playing with   Mixed media marks . Very easy to do, we start. We cut watercolor paper that measures  2 1/2 inches diameter if you prefer in centimeters  by 6,4 cm approximately. And I color the backgrounds with inks. When the backgroud dries, I emboss in white, choose one of the stamps from the set  Mixed media marks .  Now we add textures and depth with black permanent ink, prints here and there. Hello it´s Verónica here (@Vero.kt) I have been playing with some of the new stamps.  Mixed media marks  and  Flowers Gone Wild  face become favorites of mine. This time the chosen format  Atc´s coins .  Very easy to do, we start. We cut watercolor paper that measures  2 1/2 inches diameter if you prefer in centimeters  by 6,4 cm approximately. And I color the backgrounds with inks. Hello! It´s Melina here today with a quick little Sunday inspiration for you. It´s my first post on the blog this year - hope you have missed me ;) LOL I´m so happy to stay on the team and I wish to give all my new teamies a  very warm welcome! I have been on the team for several years now, and  Rubber Dance has a really special place in my heart. Due to personal stuff, Susanne has kindly enough agreed to let me stay on the team on my own terms. This means I will not appear on the blog  regularly, but as often as I can.  Hello! It´s Melina here today sharing a little idea on how to use all those coins  you are creating. I know, they are addictive, aren´t they!? Christmas is getting closer, and I had this idea to use coins as Christmas tree ornaments or labels. You can give away a little piece of your art as a label on the present,  and then the recipient can hang it in the Christmas tree if she or he wish to. I kept these ones simple because it´s a Simplicity Sunday blog post, but clearly you can go totally nuts with embellishments and glitter on the coins for this purpose ;) For these coins I used the Whimsical Winter stamp set. I stamped with Memento ink and used my Chameleon alcohol markers to colour them in. Added some splatters with diluted  gesso as a final step. The coins are greyboard coins from That´s Crafty!
