Mixed Up Magazine Rocks!

Heyyy, everyone! Did you know that our previous DT member Katy Leitch just launched a digital magazine? Yes, you heard right - our very own Katy! She used to be the editor of Craft Stamper and Scrap365 magazines so she has plenty of editorial experience, which you really can tell by the look of her own publication. I love it!!!

Mixed Up is a monthly publication, on sale on the first day of each month. Available for desktop or via the Apple and Android app stores.

Here is the cover of the very first issue and some info from the magazine's about page.

Mixed Up is a digital craft magazine with a mixed media flavour. We aim to bring you a wide variety of mixed media craft projects with easy-to-follow step-by-step tutorials. The magazine is made interactive with live links.

We focus on education and learning, encouraging readers to experiment and develop their skills with step-by-step guidance and expert advice.

We encourage and nurture new talent and are open to submissions from anyone, from anywhere in the world. We want to showcase YOUR talent!

If you want to submit your work,

Here is a sneak peek of one of my published cards, which is just one of so many other, and much, MUCH more cool stuff - not just cards -  by several talented crafters and artists (I recognised a few names there...):

The price for one issue is only £2,99 and I think you get a LOT of value for your money!!! Even if I am affiliated (as a friend of Katy and published biz owner), this is my personal and honest opinion. It's over 80 pages of good schtuff, lots of tutorials!

How to buy (instant download), it's all on this page.

Mixed Up mag is only available digitally and is distributed through our partners Pocketmags. You can buy single issues or subscriptions. ONE purchase enables you to view the magazine on ANY platform using the Pocketmags app. You can view the magazine on your PC or Mac desktop, on Apple, Android and Microsoft branded phones and tablets, and on Kindle Fire tablets.

If you do buy it, or have already, please leave a comment and let us know what you think! I'll pass it on to Katy. She wants feedback - praise and constructive cirisism are equally welcomed.

Here's to a great new magazine! *klonk* (that's me toasting... with my coffee mug)
