Valentines Giveaway Winners!!!

All the names have been written and put into a little box - excuse the rubbish handwriting!!!!


……..but wait for it. …….Thought I might add a little suspense and share a little Rubber Dance Stamp love at the same time!!!! Sooooo naughty ;-)

I just had a flick through all the cards and things I have made during my time on the Rubber Dance Design Team and am posting a couple of links to past videos that you may have missed if you are new to my blog or the Rubber Dance Blog:



This is the first card I ever made for Rubber Dance and it reminds me I must get those Beach Sentiments stamps out again as I love love love that shell stamp!

….and last but not least I loved how stamping my Vintage Birds stamps with grey ink completely soften the look of my card!  Don't forget you can check out all those gorgeous stamps by following this link!

……..and now for the big announcement……..the first out of the box and the winner of the Something Wonderful stamp set is Denise Bryant………The Second and third out of the box and winners of the Diamonds background stamp are Gerrina and Dagmar!

CASology Challenge #213: Stitch - Card by Bibi

The cue word at the CASology challenge this week is STITCH, so without further ado - here's my card: Stamps used (all from Rubber Dance): Giraffe , Mannequin from Sew Sweet ,  X stitches from Stitch & Frame . Stamped with Archival Ink (coffee), coloured in with Distress inks (tea dye and mermaid lagoon). After all, fall/autumn is all around us (here in the north, anyway), and we do love its glorious colours! We hope you do, too, when you create an entry (or three) for our October Challenge: Did you know that "fall" is an Old English word? It replaced the word 'harvest' in the early 1600s as more people started moving into cities. City dwellers began to use the phrase 'fall of the leaf'' and, over time, the phrase was shortened to fall. Surprisingly, etymologists don’t know where the word "autumn" comes from. It was used as far back at the 1300s (by Chaucer), and Shakespeare often used the word, too.
