November Colour Challenge Reminder

Still lots of time to get your hands on lots of lovely rubber in the monthly challenge!


All you need to do is make something using this traditional Christmas colour palette of red, green and gold and, if you like, use a stencil in your creation (optional). 

So many of us are making stuff for the festive season right now so no excuses for not entering! Find all the details here.

In case you need a little inspiration, here's my latest make using the gorgeous and versatile Pines Fir Yew and Christmas Greetings stamps.

Always Sparkle - Envelope Book Tutorial by Sue

Good afternoon and happy Saturday, welcome to the weekend! It's Sue here with my envelope book. Making your own books and journals is very popular at the moment, and I wanted to have a go. I also wanted to use supplies that I had already as it's just after Christmas and I'm already in 2022's craft budget. So I have quite a few of these -  Colour Craft lustre paints. Loads of these - rather posh DL pearlised envelopes. I bought a box full in a closing down sale, so have a box full less 3! And these, my favourite bright StazOn inks. So to work (well play really, I'm making it all up as I go along) I started by painting my envelopes with the paints, then added some stencilling in a contrasting colour. Blog Hoppin' Superpowers

Rubber Dance has gained a following of stampers that love our Sarcasm Superpowers sentiment stamps. These aren't exactly our best seller stamps (not very surprisingly), but if you love them, you'll LOVE them! And this particular group of followers certainly do - not very surprisingly at all with a group name like theirs .... namely the  Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers! (I know, right? Too darn cute!) These fine ladies have bullied me and some of my designers into a blog hop featuring our Sarcasm Superpower stamps. It didn't take much persuation, nor any bribes to speak of. I want to fly!

I used one of the Aztec images from the set * Aztec Art Dolls *.
