Hello everyone! Bibi here to announce the three winners of my Giveaway that has run since May 17th - which was a big day to celebrate! If you missed the original post, you can see it here . First I want to thank everyone (nearly 40!) who joined my Giveaway with all your lovely comments!  ♥  There were people commenting from all over the world and I love that this blog reaches out to people in so many different countries.  It was very interesting to see which sheets of stamps you like the most. There was a wide variety of faves, which goes to show that we have different taste - and I think Rubber Dance has something for everyone, except uber cute stamps .... although there certainly are some adorable ones! The Giraffe, for instance, which is  my fave of the adorables (which hereby is a word). My adorable Giraffe stamp (drawn by DT Susanne),  with stamped text from Sarcastic Superpower THREE winners have been drawn , and the winners have won ...

A Day to Celebrate + GIVEAWAY!

Image
Hello, dear stamping friends all over the world!  Bibi here today with  THREE things to celebrate! Today is the Norwegian National Day , which is celebrated with childrens' parades and marching bands all over  the country. The proper way to greet a Norwegian on May 17th is to say, "Gratulerer med dagen!" (Literally:  Congratulations with the day ). This photo is from a parade in Oslo: May 17th is also my mum's birthday and today she's turning 75! After watching the parades, we're celebrating mum's big day with family and friends at her place. I have always made birthday cards for mum using the colours of our flag (red, white and blue), but this year I did something different and I know she likes these colours, too. Background paper made with spray inks. The flower stamps are from  Antique Botanicals .  The Happy Birthday is a die from Quietfire Design , and I put two die cuts on top of one another - white under blue for contrast ag...

Altered Chipboard Butterfly + Giveaway

Message in Norwegian : Hvis du foretrekker å lese dette innlegget på norsk, kan du gjøre det og samtidig bli med på giveawayen på den andre bloggen vår ved å klikke her. Hello everyone! Bibi here today with a fun project, using the Totem Monarch Poppet chipboard from EyeConnect Crafts . I had such a blast with this and I hope what I've made will inspire you to make something similar. The difference between the chipboards from EyeConnect Crafts and others ones I've seen out there, is that they are made to connect (hence the name). There are two categories, one called Lace-Ups which you bind together using ribbons, string, lace, etcetera and another category of chipboards with smaller holes so you can connect the pieces using tiny eyelets or brads. This is what it looks like. The pieces are laser cut, and you easily remove them from the base - save that part and use it as a stencil for another project. Notice there is also a chipboard of the butterfly's...

Helloooo everyone! It's Bibi here today with a little something I made for my friend Dunja's blog anniversary. When she asked if I'd like to join the celebration, I said YES right away of course! ♥  Happy Blog Birthday, Dunja!  ♥ Dunja has been blogging for seven years now and she's throwing a big blog party over at her blog today. There's a blog hop, giveaway and challenge all in one! Whoop-whoop!  I am sure many of you know who Dunja is, but if not she's the one who runs the company called Cards und More , and that's how I met Dunja. After I had placed my first order there we started talking and we've been friends and mutual blog followers since.  Dunja is such a sweet person and very talented crafter, and her shop.... gaaawd, I loooove her shop! So many cool things all in one place. (Excuse me if I just drooled a little bit ...) Now, back to her blog anniversary. You will find all the details over on Dunja's blog , but first let me share...
