Happy Monday Rubber Dance Friends, it's me, Dunja, today. I want to wish you all the best for the new year! It's my first post this year and i would like to share something very bright and colorful and hope you'll like it.  I made a gift packaging and a TAG out of gel prints, HERE you can find a reel, how i did the Gelprint. The envelope is made with the tool from WeR, created the background with a stencil and structure paste and embossed the flower motif on vellum.  Hello! It´s Melina here today sharing a little idea on how to use all those coins  you are creating. I know, they are addictive, aren´t they!? Christmas is getting closer, and I had this idea to use coins as Christmas tree ornaments or labels. You can give away a little piece of your art as a label on the present,  and then the recipient can hang it in the Christmas tree if she or he wish to. I kept these ones simple because it´s a Simplicity Sunday blog post, but clearly you can go totally nuts with embellishments and glitter on the coins for this purpose ;) For these coins I used the Whimsical Winter stamp set. I stamped with Memento ink and used my Chameleon alcohol markers to colour them in. Added some splatters with diluted  gesso as a final step. The coins are greyboard coins from That´s Crafty! Hi everyone! It's Susanne here today and I'd like to share my newest Easter home decor with you. I was so inspired by the tiny houses from the Tim Holtz newest collection with Sizzix, that I designed my own houses in my Silhouette studio. I love this neutral look for my easter home decor. I cut the shapes from craft cardstock, added some old book paper with Gel Medium and covered everything with gesso. In my next step I used stamps from the Gather Together , Birdies , Antique Botanicals and Feathered Friends sets together with Archival Ink Jet Black and Coffee. I added some earthy colour tones with Martha Steward acrylic craft paint and DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylics. Of course I wanted to have a little bit of three dimensional texture, too. So I picked the DecoArt Media Crackle paste and add a some of it here and there with different stencils. You can achieve an amazing effect with the DecoArt Media Antiquing Cream. Hello!  Kristiina Majuri here today posting as guest designer, and I'd like to show you how I created these matchboxes with texture paste and Rubber Dance stamps. Christmas is coming, and I like to have a batch of decorated matchboxes around, because they are lovely to give as a little present just as themselves or together with candles. The secret of stamping into texture paste is to let the paste dry a bit and stamp using water (no ink needed).  I really got into this because I have a tub of texture paste that is drying out, and it is perfect for the job, as I didn't have to wait before stamping.  If your paste is fresh, you have to let the surface dry before stamping and experiment with how wet the stamp should be. The stamp needs to be wet, so the paste doesn't stick to it... but not drippy wet, otherwise you'll get a soggy image, I kind of flick the water off.  After stamping, put the stamp in water again, because you really don't want any paste resi...
