Rubber Dance Art Stamps - Blog

 Hi friends! Lisa today here and I'm happy to share with you a new art journal inspiration playing with some fabulous Rubber Dance stamps! To start my spread I chose some pieces of old book page and patterned papers and I glued everything down with Tombow Stick glue. So I spatuled a little bit of white gesso here and there and once dry I used stamps from Mixed Media Marks and Sketchy Leaves with archival inks. I chose a butterfly from Inky Friends stamp set and I used it as my focal point on a piece of white cloth. I stamped and cutted a sentiment from Mix A Sentiment 2 stamp set and finally I made some splatters with pink liquid paint.  Hi friends!  Lisa here with you and I'm happy to share another art journal inspiration for Rubber Dance design team with collage papers, some fabulous stamps and acrylic paints!  To start I glued some pieces of collage papers with gel medium and after that I brushed a coat of clear gesso Then I took some acrylic paints and I rubbed them on my page directly with my fingers....I let some spaces white adding white paint to give more interest on my background  After that I made some stamping with archival inks.  Hi friends!  Lisa today to share with you my new art journal inspiration for Rubber Dance design team!  To start I brushed white gesso on the pages. Then I took my favorite watercolors and I used them to create a rainbow effect. I let it dry very well and so I used Mixed Media Marks and Inky Flowers stamp sets with archival inks. I stamped also some flowers on a white cardstock and simply I used them as my focal point.  I used Journal Words on a black cardstock and I embossed with white powder. I chose a word for the title of my page and finally I made splatters with black liquid paint.  Hi friends!  Lisa today and I'd love to share with you my new project for Rubber Dance design team with its fabulous stamps!  To start my page I glued a big piece of collage paper with gel medium. So I cutted a circle of patterned paper and I glued it in the middle of the page.  I brushed a coat of clear gesso and I took my Distress Crayons. I enjoyed using them with moistened fingers, playing with the same colors as the paper to blend it into the background. With a black watercolor pencil I marked the outline of the paper circle and I made scribbles to give a little contrast. Then I used Mixed Media Marks stamp set with archival ink to give more interest in the page.  On a piece of watercolor paper I stamped flowers from Inky Flowers stamps set and I coloured with Distress Crayons and water.  I glued the flowers as my focal point, I added a quote and finally I made splatters with white liquid paint.
