Tutorial Tuesday - A Gelli print card by Donna Gray

Hi everyone, It's Donna here today with a Tutorial Tuesday which means loads of pictures for you ;) I didn't really have a plan in mind when I started this card but for some weird reason it turned out with an Autumnal theme but the seasons appear so mixed up at the moment so I suppose why not?! All the Details: I pulled out this Gelli printed background from my stash and cut to the size to fit a 6x6 card. I usually use Decoart Paints for this as the media ones are very free flowing so a little goes a long way. The effect you see was achieved just by cutting rough circular shapes out of thick card and laying them on the paint on the Gelli plate before pulling the print. As I was looking through all my Gelli prints I saw one that I thought would be perfect to stamp the toadstool from the Carved Whimsy Wood stamp set on. It's a nice easy one to fussy cut out too.
