Textured Mushroom Art Journal Spread by Ellie Knol

Image
I love making collages of stamped and fussy cut images onto gelli printed pages.  This art journal has been made with gelliprints that were not particularly beautiful on their own.  Using them to collage and stamp onto makes them very useful for beautiful backgrounds.  I hope you like it, see you next time!    Rubber Dance Stamps: The Rubber Dance Webshop Textured Mushrooms Textured Flowers  Sketchy Flowers #1 Grungy Borders Mixed Media Marks Mix A Sentiment 1

Hello, lovelies!!! Priss is here with you. I'm happy to share another art journal inspiration for Rubber Dance design team with the fantastic set of  Whale wishes  and  Face Up . You can see more inspiration with these stamps here and here .  Now, I let you a few pictures I took along the way while creating my page. This was before I used my Polychromos colored pencils to add depth and detail to my underwater scene. I really enjoyed creating this page for my Art Journal. I even recorded a video while doing this. It's not edited yet but if you subscribe to my YouTube channel , it will notify you as soon as I upload it so you can watch it. Now I leave you some photos with details of the project.  I hope you like it as much as I do when making it. I hope you like it and inspires you to create your own version. Thank you for your visit and enjoy your day! Hugs, Priss ( My Posts  |  Instagram  |  Facebook ) These are the stamps I used Fa...

Happy Spring Art Journal Spread by Ellie Knol

Image
Hi to you all.. Ellie here! Today another spread in my gelliprinted-papers-journal.  My aim is to fill the whole journal with only Rubber Dance stamps, and only use a set once. I hope that I will have a colorful and happy filled journal where all the stamps will get their own little space in the end.  Only the bird and two of the foliage have been fussycut, and the 'wall' stamped onto separate paper, torn and adhered to the collage. .  The other images were stamped onto the background, and colored with watercolor pencils.   Accents with a white acrylic marker and a sentiment are the finishing touches.  Rubber Dance Stamps: The Rubber Dance Webshop Sketchy Birds (Clear - 0006) Sketchy Leaves (Clear - 0003) Pencil Marks #3 (Clear - 0004) Grungy Swirls

Junk Journal Page Butterfly

Hi, I'm Vero (@Vero.kt) and welcome to today's inspiration. How's everybody ?I've been playing with some of the   Rubber Dance  designs to create a page in my Junk Journal.  I hope you like it.  I have used,  Mix a sentiments 3   , Inky Friends   and   Mixed media marks . I have used different sheets, wrapping paper, notebook paper, silk and hand cut, in the photo you can appreciate them better. Later I prepare these papers to work with wet media, so I apply a layer of clear  gesso, if the one you have is white, it would also be worth it,  I use a dryer to speed up drying, and I apply pigments with a fan brush and make them react with water. On my work table I mix pigments with water and add them to the stamps to be able to stamp and obtain a watercolor effect. Now it's time to stamp with inks in tones similar to the background. And to add depth. imprinted with black permanent ink It is time to sew the edges by machine o...
