Art Journal Page Inky Friends

Image
Hi, I'm Vero (@ Vero.kt) and I welcome you to today's inspiration. How's everybody? Art Journal Page "Dream" by Lisa

Hi everyone! Lisa today on the blog and I'd love to share with you my new art journal page playing with fabulous Rubber Dance stamps! To start I brushed white gesso on the page then I rubbed some acrylics paints with my fingers.  Once dry I added some white acrylic paint with a spatula and I used yellow watercolor to add more light to my page.   I used some stamps from Grungy Circles and Mix a Sentiment set with archival inks.  I chose Loose Florals #2 to make some paper diecuts from a piece of watercolor paper.  I added some details with Affirmations stamp set with the word "Dream" for the quote of my page. Finally I made splatters on my page with purple liquid paint.  I used these stamps from the shop:  https://www.rubberdance.de/big-sheets/affirmations/#cc-m-product-13963533333 https://www.rubberdance.de/big-sheets/loose-florals-1/#cc-m-product-14277480433 https://www.rubberdance.de/s...

handmade Art Journal Cover by Dunja

Image
Happy Tuesday, everybody. I trust you're having a good day?  Today I'm going to show you my handmade art journal. I cut the pages out of old paper, bound them and the cover cut out of linen and leather paper.  The design of the cover was a lot of fun. Many layers of colors and media, stamps and small details. I've used a stencil for the flowers, lots of Mediums and Crayons. I have used several sets from Rubber Dance, they are matching perfect, didn't they? I can hardly wait to work in it. It will be a very personal album... :) Thanks so much for stopping by today. Do not miss our current challenge (find infos on the sidebar and in our facebook group ). There is an awesome moodboard for you this month. Enjoy your day and have crafty fun :) Dunja xx
