For You - Tag

Hello Everyone,
Shilpa here,

I would like to share a mixed media tag with you, today.


Rubber Dance Stamps used here are:



Making procedure of this tag:
I adhered dictionary paper to the surface first. Applied gesso to it. Next I created heart texture in the background with modelling paste. Let it dry completely. Further, I sprayed purple, blue and yeallow inks randomly on the surface. I like to make lots of layers, so I stamped harlequin design and circles on it. As a focal point, I stamped map on another paper with coffee archival ink, on that I stamped heart. I colored it with yellow ink and added to the tag. "For You" is a sticker tile.

CASology Challenge #213: Stitch - Card by Bibi

The cue word at the CASology challenge this week is STITCH, so without further ado - here's my card: Stamps used (all from Rubber Dance): Giraffe , Mannequin from Sew Sweet ,  X stitches from Stitch & Frame . Stamped with Archival Ink (coffee), coloured in with Distress inks (tea dye and mermaid lagoon). Always Sparkle - Envelope Book Tutorial by Sue

Good afternoon and happy Saturday, welcome to the weekend! It's Sue here with my envelope book. Making your own books and journals is very popular at the moment, and I wanted to have a go. I also wanted to use supplies that I had already as it's just after Christmas and I'm already in 2022's craft budget. So I have quite a few of these -  Colour Craft lustre paints. Loads of these - rather posh DL pearlised envelopes. I bought a box full in a closing down sale, so have a box full less 3! And these, my favourite bright StazOn inks. So to work (well play really, I'm making it all up as I go along) I started by painting my envelopes with the paints, then added some stencilling in a contrasting colour. I've used totally different colours so that I've got a choice of colours for my toppers. I've used metallics on this one and they are really nice! For the 'in between
