Rubber Dance Art Stamps - Blog

Hi Folks and welcome to the Rubber Dance Blog.  Majo here. Today I 'd like to show you a card I made with the beautiful Dragonfly . I started with a piece of scrap paper, I always have lots of inked paper at hand. This one is made with Distress Oxides in Spun Sugar, Bundled Sage and Tumbled Glass. I stamped the dragonfly and the sentiment and colored my main image with the colours mentioned above, just to make it stand out a bit. To give my card a frame, I stamped the stitches from the Grungy Borders set and on the corners the little "balls" from the Fish Diet set . I hope you also love dragonflies as much as I do, they're so very light and shimmery. I love to watch them in our garden. Here are some close ups ... Good morning, my crafty friends! It's Majo here today and I want to say a few things first. This is my final post as a member of this wonderful design team. It’s been an amazing two years with the owner Bibi and the talented artists from all over the countries. I’ve made new friends and learned a lot during this time. Thanks so much for having me and also thanks so much for the generosity in providing so many awesome stamp sets. These flowers are quite big - each of the big ones are 11 cm tall which means they will be  suitable not only for cards, but also perfect size for Art Journals and large canvases, for instance. Susanne calls them Textured Flowers, which I think is a great name! Here is the envelope in which I sent Susanne the stamps she had designed for me.
