Hello.  Welcome.  Gail from the DT here.   I haven't altered a clock for a while, but when I saw the new Textured Spring stamps I decided it was time!  Then Bibi made a very cool card with jumping sheep and well....... I started with an Ikea clock that I dismantled.  Then I sprayed the plastic frame with green paint and used Pebeo Fantasy Prisma Gold paint in the channel.   I used the net stamp from Retro Beach and gold acrylic paint to add some texture to the clock frame.   I cut a circle of card and using a credit card and my fingers I made a mess with white, green, yellow and purple acrylic paint. ​ Hello everyone! It's guest designer Ashley here again, and today I am sharing two coordinating tags I made with the Travel stamp set and the Beach stamp set. These stamps remind me of vintage, muted, kind of messy things so I tried my hand at something not normally my style. For my first tag, I used a mask + misting on the background. The beautiful blue mist reminded me of the ocean. I stamped the sea shell stamps on the tag and heat embossed them with gold. Then I used a navy ink to stamp the sentiment a few times on a piece of patterned paper. I misted with gold and then cut it out in bits and pieces. Of course I heat embossed around the edges of my card with metallic blue embossing powder. For my next tag, I wanted it to coordinate with the vintage/travel theme but not be too matchy matchy. Hello everyone, it's Susanne again with a mixed media travel card. I used the Rubber Dance Travel stamp set. It's one of my favourites because it's so vintage an the images are adorable! Here is a tutorial on how I created this card: First of all I started with some stenciling. I used a stencil (one from Theresa Collins) and some Distress Ink Walnut Stain and blended the color (using the round blending tool) form the outside to the middle. After that, I stamped the Vintage Globe Map and the Vintage Hotel Recipe with some Archival Ink Coffee. In the next step I distressed my paper a little bit more by coloring the edges with Distress Ink Walnut Stain and some stenciling using the Tim Holtz Speckles Stencil. I also altered the edges with my craft knife. My name is Gabriele from Art-a-tag and I am a Mixed Media artist.  I would like to take you on a very exiting journey using the fantastic Rubber Dance stamps in my art. For me this journey will be full of adventures and new experiences which I would like to share with you. Be warned, I will also share the not so good experiences, but my learning process might be of some interest for you too.  Todays creation is an Art Journal page about time, or rather about forgetting time. It is about letting go and dreaming. This page contains 3 quotes: "Forget Time", "Joy is Timeless" and the quote from a Rubber Dance stamp "Dream it, Wish it, Do it".
