Hello, Samantha here today, you may recall that I've recently made two Artist Trading Blocks....  Today I'd like to share with you my third which completes my project, beware - lots of photos! At first I found ATB's quite daunting, there's a lot of surfaces to be covered, but if you just take it one side at a time, it's great fun. It's a great opportunity to really raid your stash and get creative and use lots of your Rubber Dance stamps! Here are all three together, showing all sides. Hello, Samantha here today and I'm sharing with you an Artist Trading Block using lots of wonderful Rubber Dance stamps. I used six sets in total but I think it shows brilliantly how all the different sets can be so versatile and work fantastically together.  As I was making this Spring had started to arrive and in my head that took me to days of better weather and time spent outdoors enjoying all that nature has to offer, except pollen! Atchoo! I had also had some of these ATB's in my art room for so long I thought it was time to use them, they may be a new addiction. Thankfully the ATB's were flat packed so just a little gluing and they're ready to go. The one I used for this project was just under 3inches square. I used black gesso around the edges, this really makes the finished squares really pop when glued on. I got organised and stamped all the images and die cut extra components. Hello Everyone, Shilpa here, I would like to share this ATB with you today, for which I've used the stamp set A Little Birdie  It is fun project which can be your next home decor piece. Here is the making process of this...  I've used DCWV photo cube.  I applied white gesso to all sides. Applied teal and brown acrylic color to the cube and let it dry completely. To get the weathered look I applied white paint with a dry brush. I stamped these lovely birds on the sides of the cube. On watercolor paper I stamped these birds with black archival ink.  I colored the birds with watercolor markers. I added flowers, stones, lace and trims - and my ATB is finished. Hi everyone! Susanne writing today and I have an Artist Trading Block to share. I used my brand new "Textured Flower" stamps, I drew for Rubber Dance.  The base of my block is cut with the Silhouette Cameo. Of course it's easy to cut it by hand. I used Brushos for the background. Scroll down to see the step by step instructions. Here are the step by step instructions: 1. Cut the base for your cube and six pieces from a Brusho background, that have the same size like each side of the block. 2. Ink the edges of the Brusho pieces with Distress Ink black soot. 3. Color the base of the block with watercolor crayons. I use Neocolor II. Blend the color with a wet baby wipe. 4. Add some more color with a brown and black watercolor crayon. 5. Stamp the textured flowers from the stamp set onto your brusho pieces and on some white cardstock. Cut the white ones out. Adhere them to the background and add some more texture with the other s...
