Rubber Dance Art Stamps - Blog

Hi Susan from the DT here.  I was inspired by the challenge board shown in this month challenge post. I started using white embossing powder and heat on white cardboard.  Weed Love stamps are incredibly beautiful and fit really nicely for the purpose.  The card was colored with distress ink and the edges got distress crayons.  Tim Holtz Wildflowers die were punched out and used and adorned with white embossing powder to create the 3D effect.  I stamped the small branches with blue distress ink and the red berries with a pencil eraser, with red distress ink.  I finished with sequins and small drops of sticklers with glitter. I have used: Beautiful Words and Weed Love stamps Distress crayons and ink - Stormy Sky and Fired Brich Wildflowers die, White cardboard, white embossing powder, Stickles, sequins and Zig wink of stella I wish you a nice day. Hi Susan from the DT here.  I hope you all have a good Christmas, and get all your Christmas wishes fulfilled.  I was inspired by Rubber Dance's Textured Houses to make a mini folder in ATC size. I started by sticking Tim Holtz tissue wrap on as background.  Then it all got a layer of white gesso.  I stamped the houses and the stars, which were embossed with gold powder.  With distress ink and crayons I coloured the sky and the street.  The houses are highlighted with Prismacolor. I have used: Textured Houses , Beautiful Words , Watercolor Xmas , Pines Fir Yew , A Little Birdie and Frosty Friends , eyelet, TH tissue wrap, Prismacolor, Embossing powder gold, Archival Ink jet black, TH distress crayons, red thread.
