Dreamcatching by Dot Leathbridge

Hello everyone, The Dreamcatcher stamp set caught my eye this week so on this card I've used a few elements from this set. The background was the result of a little bit of experimenting with my gel plate and I thought it would be perfect backdrop for what I had in mind.  I have a few close up pictures for you so that you can see what I have done. The dreamcatcher itself is such a stunning stamp! It has been stamped onto white cardstock with black ink and cut out with a knife. Now this is what I call fussy cutting lol. Mind you, a few cups of coffee probably helped too. I like to use 240gsm card as it is easy to cut out. Here is a closer look at the dreamcatcher. I've added some blue ink in the area behind it so that it  stood out that little bit more on the card. The word love is also from the Dreamcatcher stamp set. Dreamcatcher - art journal page by Jessica Rosengren

Hello there, it´s Jessica here, with an art journal page.   I have used the Dream catcher stamp from the Dreamcatcher set.  Art journaling is a way for me to process my thoughts and feelings.  Although the page started light with a doily stencil, modeling paste and blue spray.  The page took a dark turn when I added black acrylic paint. Then I stamped the dream catcher and a few extra feathers. I added some word stickers at the end. But the page didn´t feel finished. I decided to add purple spray and doodle around the word stickers. Here is the stamp set I used Have you seen the new stamps?  You get 10% off until April 19th.  Stay safe everyone!

Happy Journal Page 8 with Dreamcatcher Stamp Set by Evelyn

Image
Hello lovely Rubber Dancer, it´s  Evelyn  here today! Time for a new page in my Happy Journal. This time I used the beautiful stamp set "Dreamcatcher" . It´s a pretty simple page, but I like how it looks! I prepared the pages with white Gesso, spreat acrylic paint randomly and toned everything down with Gesso.  The feathers from the Dreamcatcher  stamp set are stamped with embossing ink and heat embossed with black embossing powder and fuzzy cut. I glued everything onto my page, stamped here and there with the tiny texture stamps from the set, highlighted with a white Posca Pen and shaded with a black charcoal pencil. That´s all! If you want to see how I created this page, you can watch the process video: Here are some close ups: Stamps from Rubber Dance: Dreamcatcher Thank you for your visit today!
