Rubber Dance Art Stamps - Blog

Hi everyone, it's my turn to share something with you today and I've teamed In The Air with Dancing Star . The balloon from In The Air needed was crying out for someone to go for a ride. After looking through my collection I found the lady from Dancing Star . You could, of course, use any of the Celestial girls. They are are great size to pop into the basket. Here are some close up pics for you ... The sky background has been made with Brushos. The stars are from What A Girl Wants and were white embossed. The colouring has been done with watercolours. It is Simplicity Sunday over on the Rubber Dance blog . Today it's my turn for a little inspiration. The stamps used are all from Dancing Star. The background in the center panel is from some left-over scraps when playing with Distress Oxides. We all have a little stash of left-overs don't we? They come in handy sometimes. The background took a little working out on some scrap paper. But the swirls and background fit beautifully when you stamp twice down on one side, once across the top and once across the bottom, and then twice down the other side. I then trimmed the card and coloured in the stars and swirls. The words are from the same set too. I had to add 're to the word you so that it reads correctly.
