Hello Rubber Dance Fans, time flies, it's autumn right now, but christmas comes by soon...isn't it the same every year. I tried to start making christmas cards earlier, each year, but at the end... you know what i mean ;-) So let's get started with this adorable Textured Christmas Trees. I made a slimline card and used a gelliprint for the background. Bright colors and than i thought about doing some heat embossing on vellum. And that's it. It's perfect for quick and easy christmas cards when time flies. Just cut them out and place them on the card. Here is a close-up for you: I hope you got some inspiration. By the way, christmas cards do not have to be only red and green, i'm a fan of non-traditional colors. Hello, my crafty friends, I'm here today to show you a card made for this beautiful season. I started with white cardstock, die cut snowflakes, Gesso, Napkin Varnish and Distress Spray Stain *Picket Fence* and *Stormy Sky*. I used the varnish to glue the snowflakes to the card and applied some gesso to make the surface a little smoother. I sprayed with Distress Stains.  To give it a more frosty look I added embossing powder, but brushed most of it off again, I wanted just a bit of shimmer, I show you a close up .... I stamped my sentiment on vellum and heat embossed it. The Poinsettias were cut from burlap, I added a little button and some twine to finish my "frosty" card. Hello everyone - Katy here with today's tutorial. I've created a card using masking, multi-coloured stamping and vellum for your enjoyment - and here's how! 1 Stamp the dancer image (Women Collage set) onto white vellum using permanent ink (I used Archival, you could also use StazOn). Dry well but gently with a heat gun then colour some areas lightly with water-based pens (I used Distress Markers). 2 Stamp the dancer again onto scrap paper to make a mask. Cut it out inside the line - this is so that you don't have void around the edge of your vellum panel once you add it. 3 Stick the mask in place with temporary glue onto a card blank - placing it where you'd like the vellum panel to sit. Start stamping around the mask using Distress Inks. 4 Continue stamping with additional images in colour until you are happy with the look. Hi everyone! It's me, Susanne, today and I've another Christmas decoration today to share with you. I loved loved loved how the awesome Pine Fir Yew stampes turned out when they were embossed on the cards in my previous post. This time I did nearly the same. The only difference is that I embossed them on white vellum! Awesome! What do you think? I used my Silhouette Studio Cutting file from my last lantern and added a new window style. I cut everything out of red cardstock and added some "snow" using white acrylic paint, some white texture paste and finally lots of Distress Glitter Clear Rock Candy! I cut my vellum and embossed the stamped images with white detail embossing powder. After I adhered them into my lantern I ripped some of the paper out to create the look of broken glass. Hi everyone! It's me, Susanne, today and I'd like to show you a Christmas decoration piece. It's a star luminary. I love little lights all around the house when it's dark and cold outside. I stamped the lantern with the beautiful images from the "Pine Fire Yew" stamp set from Rubber Dance. I used craft cardstock for my lantern. After I cut my pieces I stamped my images with Versamark and embossed them with white detail embossing powder. I put some vellum on the inside of my luminary windows. The one on the side you see above is embossed with an embossing folder. After I glued everything together I painted the edges with some white acrylic paint. I inserted some LED fairy lights. Hello everyone, it's Majo from the Design Team here at Rubber Dance Stamps! Today I want to show you how to create a little holder for a Tea light.   I started with 4 cuts of the Sizzix Die “Mini Cabinet Card” and applied distress in in Brushed Corduroy and Pine needles, spritzed & flicked with water. I randomly stamped with the set of nature prints called  Pines Fir Yew and embossed with clear embossing powder and cut out the snowflake in the upper section. The words were cut with the Sizzix die *Holiday Words Script*, I added some Perfect Pearls Mist “Biscotti” for a little sparkle.   For the windows I cut 4 circles from vellum and glued them on the back.  I punched holes in all for cabinets and added hemp twine.     This makes a little gift, easy to send by mail,  since it’s all flat or just as a take along present.   I suggest using battery tea light, since the vellum t...

Hello Rubber Dance fans! Olga here, and I'm very happy and very exited to be a guest designer! :-) I hope you all have a wonderful sunny day and I want to share with you my new project, that I made using amazingly beautiful Rubber Dance stamps. We had a very strong rains here for a long period and I was inspired by this weather and nature. Now you can see the result of my work. I made a summer card "LOVE" and a very sweet vellum envelope for this card. I hope you will like it and it will inspire you for your new creations! :-) I made very beautiful leaves using acrylic paints and of course amazing leaves stamps from Rubber Dance. The word love I stamped using Stazon and then cut it from the paper and add to this word a little of green paint. The leaves that you can see on my card I stamped on office paper and the leaves that I put on my vellum envelope I stamped and cut from vellum. I really enjoyed creating this project!
