Atc´s Textured Flowers

Image
H ello and welcome to today's inspiration Friday. How is everyone? I enjoy and have a lot of fun  colorful Atc´s. I hope you like them. I have been playing with Rubber Dance's   Mixed media marks  ,   Grungy Sequins   ,   Collage Elemnts  and   Textured Flowers Very easy to do, we started. We cut watercolor paper to a size of 2.5 x 3.5 inches. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed, and I color the backgrounds with inks. When the backgrounds dries (we can speed up the process with a heat gun) we're going to add texture and depth with permanent black ink, and with oxide inks here and there. Later, I emboss in white, choose one of the stamps from the set  Mixed media marks .  To add depth and highlight the background, a sewing machine stitch. I choose one of the stamps from the Textured Flowers set, stamp it on a book sheet and then cut it out and integrate it into the composition. Now I leave you some photos with details of the p...

Hello and welcome to  Tuesday   post. How's everybody? I enjoy and have fun creating colorful Atc´s. I hope you like them. I've also been playing with     Mixed Media Marks ,  Grungy Stuff    and  Textured Birds .   Very easy to do, we start. We cut watercolour paper in a size  2,5 x 3,5 i nches. In my case, the paper smooth and hot pressed.   I coloured the backgrounds with inks. When the backgrounds dries (we can speed up the process with a heat gun) we're going to add texture and depth with permanent black ink, and with oxide inks here and there. With stencils and textured pasta with a crackle effect we integrate the different elements. I have used opaque white paste, if you want to add colour, you can mix with pigments, inks in sprays, acrylic paint. Dare to try different possibilities. To speed up the drying process we use a dryer. And when the texture paste is completely dry, we apply more colour with inks in ...

One of the parts that I enjoy the most is the composition, I have to admit that it is usually the part that takes me the most. Birds Colorful Card - Tutorial

Image
Hello creative friends!  How are you all keeping?  Vero (@vero.kt) is here with  new colorful cards that I hope you like.  I have been playing with some of the new stamps.   Mixed media marks ,  Flowers Gone Wild  and  Textured Birds. Very easy to do, we start. We cut watercolor paper in a size of 4 by 6 inches. In my case, the paper is smooth and hot pressed. We are going to add pieces of book sheets, which we usually have in the house, comment that collage paper, rice paper, etc. would be worth it. I have used collage glue, glue, medium gel as well. We choose a stencil and we will perform the gesso resist technique. For this we apply with a spatula or gesso finger (as a recommendation, it is not very liquid) To speed up the drying process we use a dryer. And when the gesso is completely dry, we apply color, I have used pigments, but you can also use distress inks, watercolors, acrylics,...
