Inspire Art Journal Page

 Hi friends! 

Lisa today to share with you my new art journal inspiration for Rubber Dance design team! 


To start I brushed white gesso on the pages. Then I took my favorite watercolors and I used them to create a rainbow effect.


I let it dry very well and so I used Mixed Media Marks and Inky Flowers stamp sets with archival inks.


I stamped also some flowers on a white cardstock and simply I used them as my focal point. 


I used Journal Words on a black cardstock and I embossed with white powder. I chose a word for the title of my page and finally I made splatters with black liquid paint.

Blog Hoppin' Superpowers

Rubber Dance has gained a following of stampers that love our Sarcasm Superpowers sentiment stamps. These aren't exactly our best seller stamps (not very surprisingly), but if you love them, you'll LOVE them! And this particular group of followers certainly do - not very surprisingly at all with a group name like theirs .... namely the  Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers! (I know, right? Too darn cute!) These fine ladies have bullied me and some of my designers into a blog hop featuring our Sarcasm Superpower stamps. It didn't take much persuation, nor any bribes to speak of. Just mention  "challenge", and we'll be all over you like underfed fruitflies on a brown banana. Rubber Dance Blog Hop

1st Year Anniversary Giveaway and Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to this fun blog hop with many Rubber Dance stamps to win! Tjooohoo!  It's Bibi here (owner of Rubber Dance), and today it's been exactly one year since I blogged about something I  had made  using Rubber Dance stamps!  I cannot believe it's been a whole year already, but on the other hand - there has been a lot happening since then. Things really started moving after I had hired my very first Design Team in August last year, and with their help this blog rapidly changed from being a rather quiet place to quite a busy bee hive! My Design Team members have made so many beautiful things with my stamps, helped spread the word out there in blogland (and beyond), and they've been such a great support in more ways than I can count.
