New Stamps!

Katy on my Design Team has done it again, and this time she has made this super cool set of stamps made from antique etchings that I know my fellow crafters will love!


The Artist Plate is a 13 x 18 cm (5 x 7 inches) sheet
with these super coooool stamps:

The other sheet is an alphabet with the same fonts that you can find on Katy's Affirmations set of stamps. I love these so much that I asked her to make me an alphabet - with the three additional Scandinavian letters æ, ø, å included. (To make the Swedish ä and ö, use a + o + the dot at the bottom of the sheet)

Alphabeth Uno measures 13 x 18 cm (5 x 7 inches). 
The 'a' is approx. 20 mm tall, the 'b'  30 mm.




Below are some sample cards I made. I love that I can spell any word I want!


Clear embossed letters on watercolour paper, then used Brusho for the background.


I love that giraffe from African Animals! Scribbled heart is from I Heart Art.

I have been wanting some stamps on that theme so the Artist plate is a great addition for me! The alphabet will be really useful on its own or in combination with the Affirmations set for journaling. Love them both!

Hi there! It's Susanne today. I have these awesome  Distress Oxides laying here for about 9 months now and have used them just a little. Now I decided to pick them out and give it a go! Always Sparkle - Envelope Book Tutorial by Sue

Good afternoon and happy Saturday, welcome to the weekend! It's Sue here with my envelope book. Making your own books and journals is very popular at the moment, and I wanted to have a go. I also wanted to use supplies that I had already as it's just after Christmas and I'm already in 2022's craft budget. So I have quite a few of these -  Colour Craft lustre paints. Loads of these - rather posh DL pearlised envelopes. I bought a box full in a closing down sale, so have a box full less 3! And these, my favourite bright StazOn inks. So to work (well play really, I'm making it all up as I go along) I started by painting my envelopes with the paints, then added some stencilling in a contrasting colour. I've used totally different colours so that I've got a choice of colours for my toppers. I've used metallics on this one and they are really nice! For the 'in between

Atc´s Textured Birds by Verónica

Hi everyone, Verónica is here. Today I come with a colorful and fun series of Atc´s that I have made with the beautiful  Textured Birds set .  Let's go step by step, so you can cheer up and make your own.I hope you enjoy it and you like it, it is done with great affection. We cut watercolor paper that measures 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches, if you prefer in centimeters 8,9cm by 6,4 cm approximately. Now we create the backgrounds by coloring with watercolors, pigments, or inks. I have used pigments dissolved in water, to give it a watercolor effect. When they are ready and dry we apply textured paste with some stencils that we like. In my case Distress Textured Paste (crackle). We can use the embossing gun to speed up the process or let it dry. We continue, we are going to stamp these adorable and cute little birds with a waterproof ink.
